Default trailing 0's when formating is for no decimals

I have formatted the cell as number with thousand seperator and no decimals.
Yet to get 90,000 in a formula I have to put in 9000000. If I don't add the
zero's, Excel uses 2 decimals and rounds the number.

goto 'Tools - Options - Edit' and uncheck 'fixed decimals'
