Excel
I have a worksheet with the days of the month and each cell gets filled with
H for holdiay, V for Vacation, etc. It works fine if I use COUNTIF to total the number of each days but I'm not able to mark 1/2 vacation days or sick days. |

you could simply add more codes to your countif. Say .5H or .5V
