![]() Hi, I realise you are making a suggestion to MS, but in the mean time, try the below as a workaround... Unless of course you already have a macro - as is suggested by the fact that you could provide a screen dump showing this? John McGimpsey provides a good macro on the below page (includes a link to an addin of Chip Pearson's, also below).
