Default How do i find a correlation between 2 data point or sets?

My question is I have two data sets expressed in a percentage or as an
interger 1-100. I have 2 columns of numbers column A and column B.
What I want to know is: Can i find a correlation between these 2
analytes such that as an example if A = 43 then I know B = 70. How
does analyte A compare to analyte B. I want to use A as a predictor of
B. Any insight would be most helpful.

Thanks,
Grady
