Default If Statement???

~Oh gods of formulas, please help me!!! Can you help me with this
formula?~
If a cell in column a equals a cell in column f then insert in
column b the number in column g.
To Clarify:
The number in a22 is equal to the number in f400. The number
in
g400 needs to be placed in b22.

Please make it in Lori language.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!
Lori
