![]() Hi everyone, hope someone can help with this formulae: I have numbers in a cell, assume it is A1: Example: cell in A1 contains: 2.34 I want to show the fraction element of the cell, in this example it would be 0.3, if the number was 0.56 then the element would be 0.6 (not 0.5) as I would want to round to the nearest significant fraction. Finally, I want to say that if the fraction is at least 15% of the original figure then round it up Hope this makes sense ! thanks Amy xx -- AmyTaylor ------------------------------------------------------------------------ AmyTaylor's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=20970 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=530023 |
