I found a bug in the Excel GCD function.
I blogged about it he http://davidvs.blogspot.com/2006/04/bug-in-excel.html To summarize, try typing into a cell =GCD(6*0.018*1000,1000) and you'll see that Excel gets confused. :-( ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. For example: =GCD(TRUNC(6*0.018*1000),1000)--4 Although A1: =6*0.018*1000 A2: 108 A3: =A1=A2 -- TRUE --ron |
