Default How to populate prices in sheet two based on cost in sheet one

Hi All
I posted a similar question recently but did not explain it clearly so
here goes again!

I have sheet#1 which contains 25 model numbers. Each model has a table
that lists costs:

model number:100 grade 1 grade 2 grade 3
part1 $10 $12 $14
part2 $ 9 $10 $12
part3 $ 8 $ 9 $11
part4 $ 7 $ 8 $10

model number:101 etc.

Sorry formating is off kilter.
I would like to populate sheet2 with the same tables, but with a retail
priced based on a multiplier for gross margin of say 2.48 times the
cost.

Is this possible to do in a simple manner for a newbie?
And if there is a formula that does all of that where is it placed in
the spreadsheet?
Also, I need the retail price to end in 48 or 98 whichever is closest
to.

Thanks!!
