You can download the free Excel add-in "Excel Extras" which can change
text in the selection to either upper, lower, proper or sentence case. It provides new items on the format menu for ease of use. Plus the add-in can sort sheets, insert a table of contents and do other nice stuff. Download from http://www.realezsites.com/bus/primitivesoftware Note to Ron de Bruin: I like your technique for avoiding the single cell/special cells issue. Jim Cone San Francisco, USA "aeromutt" wrote in message ... Conditional Formating has only effected the cell or a string of text. I wish to change the entire worksheet to uppercase letters. Can this be done or will I have to download more fonts and change it? Then after I do that, how do I keep somebody from changing the template? |
