What is the shortcut key to freeze formulas in Excel???

I tried F9, does not do anything...

If you click in the formula bar (or hit F2) and hit F9, Excel will hardcode
the result of the formula in the cell.

If you mean ABSOLUTE REFERENCE you use F4 to apply a $ sign in front of the
row and the column reference.
