Default How do I merge individual data now in multiple cells, in to one b.

I have numbers for example 1,2,7 in cell A1. In cell B1 I have 17,20,33,45

I need to have 1,2,7,17,20,33,45 all in one cell. My data is so large typing
it in really is a last resort.

HELP!!!!!!
