Default When I insert rows in Excel the pagination gives me unwanted page.

After I created a worksheet, I protected it. Subsequently, I returned,
unprotected it and inserted (at about line 10) new information that resulted
in and insertion of about 30 new lines. When I go to Page Break Preview I
notice that after inserting the new lines, the system paginates the balance
of the worksheet on every row. I end up with a worksheet that has over 300
pages instead of about 10!

What did I do wrong?
