Default maximum entries

hi everyone

i have several sheets
1st sheet has assessment types (there are 8) and dates for specific people
2nd sheet is a helper and puts them in date order
3rd sheet is like a calendar, jan, feb ,mar etc it pulls from the helper
sheet the dates for the coresponding month

what i would like to happen is when a certain type of assessment exceeds 4
in any month it moves the latest one to the next month down

on the first sheet is a place for the assessor to input annual leave dates
for when they are not available. on the calendar sheet i want that month to
be blanked so no assessments appear
