Find out how many CCs are in a teaspoon then divide the # of CCs by the # of
CCs in a teaspoon.
=240cc/ccsInTeaspoon to get how many teaspoons you have based on how many
CCs you have.

an ounce is a unit of weight so converting would depend on the substance...

Install the Analysis ToolPak, and use its CONVERT worksheet function.

Use Google and type, for example
1 teaspoons to ml
1 teaspoons to cc
But since you asked about cc not ml my guess is you are a Brit, so use
1 imperial teaspoons to cc

Now you know the conversion facto, in Excel use
A1 type conversion factor
B1 type the number of teaspoons
C1 type =A1*B1

best wishes
