is there a way to lock a worksheet so that all you can do is input data in
certain cells. i know about protection and locked and unlocked cells but you can still copy, cut,paste and change formatting in unlocked cells. i want to lock it tight |

If the sheet is protected and some cells are unlocked (before the sheet was
protected), then you are supposed to be able to do anything you want with those cells that are not locked. i know, but i want to make a spreadsheet that is"ONLY" allows data entry into
