Default formula

I'm trying to create a formula and I need some help please.

In E3 I have a date, and in H3 I have the formula =E3-TODAY() to formulate
how many days until the date in E3 from today. However I want the formula in
H3 to return "Paid" if there is any text in G3. How would I write this
formula?

Thanks in advance.
