My company is exporting files and we need to have the collumns and rows
locked due to the way we export the files. If it is possible we need to be
able to enter data in a specific row/collumn and we do not want any thing
else touched nothing at all. We want every thing locked but one collumn to
enter in data. I cant stress enough about evey thing.
