Default How do I change the color in an IF proposition.

I have formatted cells with an IF proposition that returns two different
answers. I want each answer to have a different color. How do I format the IF
formula?

You would select the cells that contain the IF formula, go to
formatconditional formatting and use "cell value is", then select the
format to be applied, and change the color. Do the same for the 2nd answer
but with a different color.

Use Conditional Formatting. See:
