How do I create a formula that divides all cells in a column by 3?

Assuming your values are in column A and column B is empty.

In B1 simply enter

=A1/3

AFter pressing the Enter key and with B1 selected, dble-click on the little
black square at the bottom right corner of the B1 border. That will copy the
formula down for all your numbers
