I am using Excel 2000.

Is there a way in the €œValidation€� option to look at another cell before the
error message appears?

For example,
If the cell b3 = 250.00 and b4 is less than b3 then and only then should
"Warning Message" or "Error Message" appear.

data,validation,whole number,greater than (or less then)
