Default Lookup function

Hi all,
I have a database as
WHEN CHANGING ASR TO MULTIEC IN ACTIVE SUPP STATUS ASC Customer
Ver not increasing. See:MPG1JQE4 Customer
Ver not increasing. See:MNX8WZKZ Customer
Ver not increasing. See:MK9E8KNR Customer
U40 PON REJECTED - SEE ERROR FILE FOR DETAILS ERRORS Ignore
SUPP VALUE 4 NOT VALID WHEN CONFIRMATION ALREADY Customer
SECNCI Code Not Found
Customer
SPOT FIELD MUST BE POPULATED WITH A VALID John
REQTYP on existing ASR invalid for Inquiry to Firm Request Customer
REQTYP EC/SC INVALID NO PREVIOUS ASR FOUND Customer
REQTYP (FIRST POSITION) CAN NOT BE CHANGED IN THIS Santosh
RECORD NOT PROCESSED - THE REFNUM WAS OUT OF John
Prohibited when the DIR field is not 1O 2O or 2W. John
Prohibited when the CSL field on the TRUNKING form is blank. John

The values are in coulmn B and C. I have a differnet sheet that may have
these values in Column K. I am trying to know the error code if the error
message matched. I used the Lookup fuction. But i am getting "#N/A" in
majority of the issues and a few even though gives me output as customer or
John, the data is not correct. Please help me on how to proceed.
