show only > 9 in a pivot table
Hi, This is my very first pivot table experience. I have my pivot table
showing only names and the sum of hours for each name. How do I show only the name with the sum of hours when the sum is 9? |

Not a pivot table expert but one way would be to add the heading for the hours
assume you have the names header in the rows and the hours in the data, you can go back to the wizard and drag the hours header to the column, then in the dropdown from the hours the hours should be in ascending order, uncheck everything 9 hours and below Regards, Peo Sjoblom "jenn" wrote: Hi, This is my very first pivot table experience.
