Default formula?


I have various totals on four rows across the entire spreadsheet, i
would like to know how would say:

Column A B C D Etc.
77 6 5 3

i would like the amounts to automaticly appear in colums either plus
18/9 or another amount of columns onwards within a specified area
(moneys colected) say 18 or 9 or another amount of months later.
