Default How do I create a geographic map in Excel 2003?

I have created maps in past versions of Excel, but can't figure it out in
Excel 2003. For example, if I want to make a map of the U.S. and shade all
states that begin with an "N", I could set up a spreadsheet and map it using
Microsoft Map. Can you do that in Excel 2003?

Thanks,
Cain
