Adding two columns with vlookup
To add the 2d & 3d columns in the lookup table:
=VLOOKUP(lookup value, table,2,false)+VLOOKUP(lookup value, table,3,false) Might be simpler to add a column to the lookup table that sums those other two columns, then use a single vlookup to get the sum "JR" wrote: Can someone give me an example of what the formula would look like is I wanted to use a vlookup and add together two columns?
