Default formula help

Would anyone be willing to receive a spreadsheet from me that I have been
beating my head against the wall over for the past 3 hours. I am trying to
develop a spreadsheet to calculate accrued vacation days and am having
trouble.

I need to be able to take the accrual rate and multiply by a cell to get the
current accrued days. For example, I have each employee's anniversary date
and hire date, I need to calculate, since last anniversary date, the number
of days accrued.

If you are willing to receive this file, please send me an e-mail at
