Default common entry reporting

Hi all
I am hoping someone will be able to help me, I need to have a sheet set
up, so when a button is clicked it generates a report that indicates the
5 most frequent results in a column and reports it to a second sheet.
ie if number is 3256 and it appears 5 times in column, and 2345 appears
3 times etc.. this will become data in second sheet.
