Default autodate and datetime stamp

I have a simple spreadsheet that I'd like to have a primary key column of
type autonumber integer. Can excel do that or am I having to use an RDBMS
like Access?

you can thanke something similar with worksheet functions. But for a
real primary key you should use a real database
