I sometimes create "if" functions that have several nested statements and I
often find it is easier to first create each "if" function in a separte cell to make sure each works properly and then add them together to create one big nested function. I think that I used to be able to copy a function from one cell and then paste into another cell with an existing function to create one large nested function but find I can no longer do this. I upgraded to 2003 last fall - could be a setup or difference from 2000. What am I missing? |
