How do I get multiple matches when using the Vlookup function?

How do I get multiple matches when using the Vlookup function?

If I have two spreadsheets and I need to match the data from one to the other
but I could have multiple matches, how can I use the vlookup to get the
multiple matches and not just the first one? Or do I have to use another
function?
