Default assign macro

When I right click on a button or picture I no longer have my "assign macro"
option. What can I do to get it back?

Do you have any options or is just the assign macro missing?

If the former, has your sheet become protected? If so switch
protection off.

No, I still have all the other options and the sheet isn't protected, what's
more on old buttons I still have the option, it's only on new buttons I
create that the options doesn't appear
