Ctrl + ` (grave accent) same key as the tilde ~ will toggle formulas back
and forth
or you can select all formulas using F5 (or Ctrl + G), then special and
formulas

If you mean showing the formulas themselves:

ToolsOptionsView, check Formulas

If you mean highlighting the cells:

EditGo ToSpecial, check Formulas

To highlight all formulas:

Edit Go To Special select Formulas OK
This selects all cells containing formulas

To show all formulas:
Tools Options View tab in Window options select Formulas OK
This displays all the formulas instead of their values
