Default pivot table questions

Hello,

When using a pivot table the data looks like the table below. Besides using
copying then pasting and then using the edit, go to, is there another way to
fill in the blanks below the reps name?

The short answer is: No

But, what you're saying you want may not be what you need.
What are you trying to do?

Default pivot table questions

Thanks for your response.

I need to get the data by rep into a different report. I need to be able to
use a sum product so the individual queues can be added. If the blanks were
filled in the task (to me anyway) would be easier.
