Default Conditional Formatting in one column using data in two columns

I need to say if Column H cell = 10 and Column I cell is =0.2 then
Highlight Column I yellow.

I can't seem to get the right formula in my conditional formatting
requirements.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
