Default How do I find blank cells using AutoFilter's Custom feature?

I can't get a formula to work in the Custom filter box. I need to filter for
blanks and a text value.
Thanks!

Show rows where "name of column" equals
leave the box blank, then click Or and select equals your textstring

Gods! How simple is that! Thank you sooo much, Peo. You have no idea how much
time I've wasted trying to figure that out (and my boss thanks you, too). :))
