![]() I have a worksheet that calculates numbers. There are multiple lines and each has a different result. Is there a way to have the data automatically sorted so the highest or lowest value comes to the top? Example: Before Data Sort Bank Financing $60,180.00 Capital Investments $24,902.0 Cash $213,780.00 65% LTV Program 2 $28,987.50 Example: After Data Sort Cash $213,780.00 Bank Financing $60,180.00 65% LTV Program 2 $28,987.50 Capital Investments $24,902.00 Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. You should highlight the data you want to sort, including the header
row if you have one. Then click Data | Sort... and you will be presented with a dialogue box where you can specify which column you want to sort on and the sort order - in your example it will be Column B in Descending order. Click OK once you have made your selections and the sort is done. Hope this helps. Pete |
