PLEASE HELP - Data Sort
I have a worksheet that calculates numbers. There are multiple lines and each has a different result. Is there a way to have the data automatically sorted so the highest or lowest value comes to the top? Example: Before Data Sort Bank Financing $60,180.00 Capital Investments $24,902.0 Cash $213,780.00 65% LTV Program 2 $28,987.50 Example: After Data Sort Cash $213,780.00 Bank Financing $60,180.00 65% LTV Program 2 $28,987.50 Capital Investments $24,902.00 Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. PLEASE HELP - Data Sort
You should highlight the data you want to sort, including the header
row if you have one. Then click Data | Sort... and you will be presented with a dialogue box where you can specify which column you want to sort on and the sort order - in your example it will be Column B in Descending order. Click OK once you have made your selections and the sort is done. Hope this helps. Pete |
