Default Formula Syntax

So far I used to get the full syntax of the functions when I start entering
them in Excel. Like, when I type "=vlookup( " , the help shows
"=vlookup(lookupvalue, lookuparray," etc. It was so helpful, but stopped
now. Can somebody he me to recover this?
