![]() Hi This may be simple to most, so could you please help : I want to work out V.A.T. each month in exel instead of a calculator then inputting it. I have aabout 20 customers that i bill each month and i need to charge VAT @17.5%. Their monthly VAT to be charged is in 1 column so i want to get the VAT amount in the next column, then the total in the next. Could someone please tell me how? Thanks M D V -- mdv |

![]() all you need to do is what you have described. So if the monthly bill is in cell A10, in cell B10 put =A10*.175 and in C10 =A10+B10 Ed -- EdMac ------------------------------------------------------------------------ EdMac's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30736 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=512160 |
