try, tools / options / view tab, untick formulas. Cheers JulieD "John" wrote in message ... I cannot get the spreadsheet to show the numbers not formulas. Not sure how it got that way, it has been working fine but other folks access the sheet it is a budgeting spreadsheet linked to others |
