![]() I need to reference a table on other sheets. I actually want to mirror pivot tables that are on each monthly sheet on an autorevising summary sheet. This will allow other users to grab the summary, without trespassing on my data sheets. Currently postings!b6 thru postings!h33 call up =jan!F204 thru =jan!L221 You will notice that 33 less 6 is greater than 21 less 4. I have inserted blank presentation rows to the final table. The original pivot table is tightpacked. I could live either way. Unfortunately the original pivot table row references might also change as rows are added/deleted in the data above the table(no I can't put the pivot table at the top of the sheet). As the sheet reference changes over time it would be good if these row references continued to flow with the changes. I have tried a suggestion in the lit. to present a pivot table of a pivot table. rather too complicated! but I'm willing to try again. I also tried the 'indirect' function from an earlier post. problem is that I only want, at this level, to alter the sheet portion of the reference. I may have done something wrong in modified implementation.
