Default combination of functions?

I am kind of new to more of the advanced features of excel and was looking to
sort out some data, and was wondering what would be the best way to do it,
the data is arranged somewhat as follows

A B c D
E F

200 987646 lkjsadf 1 1
0
200 381654 kjhdsa 1.5 2.5
1.5
300 321321 lkasjdflksa 0 0
1
200 513145 oiwerkl 5 5
5
300 321321 owiuer 12 24
12
400 326521 kljklajsdf .25 .25
.1

D,E,F are user entered data,
There are 6 sheets with these data sets but using autosort will be in
different orders top to bottom and not necassarily with the same amount of
data..
On another sheet I was trying to get something like this

300 321321 lkasjdflksa 3 1
1
300 321321 owiuer 36 50
24

And the other reference numbers in Column A pulled out in the same fasion
either in a different spot on the same sheet or on another sheet, note the
user entered data from the six different sheets must be sorted and combined
in the end collective sheet, I hope the explanation is understandable,,
thanks for any help
