Default How to view tiled Excel worksheets by locking rows for scrolling .

Is there a way to set up tiled workbooks or worksheets which will scroll row
by row two or more sheets together? For example, one sheet is scrolled
down, while the other sheet follows in unison.

Excel 2003 can do this:
Window | Compare Side by Side with
There is no way built-in way to do it in earlier versions.
