Default date and time updated automatically

Is there a way to have the date and time in cell g2 to constantly show the
currect time and date every second. Like a watch with a second hand.
or undated every 15 minutes

Hi Richard,
You can use ONTIME and using Excel as a Clock is a very bad choice,
though updating every 15 minutes would not kill your usage.

and look for use of and links involving ONTIME-
