Excel should have case changing menu items like Word.

Default Excel should have case changing menu items like Word.

Bill,

My free Excel add-in "Excel Extras" will do that.
Upper, Lower, Proper and Sentence case items on the Format menu.
Plus it does other stuff, available here...
