Do we have any keyboard short cut for Excel? Ctrl+Shift+C works only for MS

You can make up a macro and assign a shortcutkey, I use Ctrl+Shift+P for painter

PasteSpecialFormats, Paste Special Formats (like Format Painter) Ctrl+SHIFT+P

Ctrl+Shift+C is a shortcut to copy object attributes.
