Default column headings problems

My view of the column headings has changed from A,BC's to numbers. Now the
rows and columns have numbers. Therefore my formulas no longer have alphabet
vaulues in them. How do I change them back?

ToolsOptionsGeneral tab
Uncheck: R1C1 reference style
