connecting two Excel workbooks so one grabs info from antoher?

connecting two Excel workbooks so one grabs info from antoher?

I am tracking proposals by sending out questionnaires, when I receive them
back I would like to same them as a page in a workbook, while updating the
results workbook?

Any suggestions?
