![]() I have 58000 rows to filter out duplicate addresses. First, back up your list. I have not figured out how to undo my filtered list. I learned by mistake that I need three blank rows at the top. After you have gone through the Data, Filter, Advanced Filter . . . and clicked on OK, you will think it freezes. But, a lot depends on how much memory you have in the computer. It took almost an hour to filter out all 58000 unique addresses, but it worked. Just be patient. Hope this helps. pointsgal -- pointsgal ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pointsgal's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=31342 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=504422 |
