How do I build a free text note from a template?
I'm trying to simplify the creation of a note for a medical practice and have
seen topics arranged in a decision tree fashion. the user can open any component of the decision tree, going into it as deeply as he/she wants. Selecting an item is associated with text which is sequentially added to previously selected text, creating a note or letter. Anyone have an idea how to do this? |
